How will my order be delivered?

Many patterns have at least two delivery methods:

• Select the button that inlcudes <DOWNLOAD pdf pattern> for PDF patterns that you save to your device and may print at home.
• Or, select the button that includes <MAIL original pattern> to have an original physical pattern mailed to your address. If there is a slash through this button, then we are currently out of stock. You may click on the slashed button and a sign up option will appear to be notified when item becomes available again.

Note: For all orders, be sure your email is one you check!  If you include a cell / mobile phone, then you can also receive shipping notice via text.  We do not ever sell your personal info.  This information is gathered solely for the purpose of contacting you regarding your order.

--- DOWNLOAD pdf pattern 

Again, please be sure your email address is correct!  You will not receive a physical copy of the pattern with this option.  This option is for a digital file in PDF format that you will download on your computer at home.  Then you may choose to print the file on your printer if desired. 

Note: Files need to be saved to your device first, then opened from the saved file. That should kickstart your default method of opening up PDF files. You won't be able to open files through Shop + Etsy apps. I am happy to email files directly to you, just shoot me your order info and request to kat@cardinalhousestitches.com

There are no additional shipping and processing fees for this option. If needed, you can find out more information about downloading a free Adobe PDF reader HERE.  Mobile devices (cell phones, tablets) may require an app to download and view certain PDF files. Adobe also has free apps for this HERE.

Once you place an order, we try to mail it out within 1 - 2 business days (M-F, no holidays). You will receive order notifications by email or text, depending on what you select upon checkout.
